FITFIRE® Eco:
for condensing boilers

The 100% Italian and certified solution, designed to resist acid condensate and ensure performance and durability: FITFIRE® Eco is the ecological thermosetting liner for the rehabilitation of obsolete flues to connect to new condensing boilers.

FITFIRE® Eco was created to transform traditional flues and make them compatible with the requirements of modern condensing boilers, without replacements!

During installation, it precisely adapts to the internal surfaces of the existing duct and, at the end of the process, delivers a monolithic flue, without joints and with high sealing performance. Thanks to innovative nanotechnologies, this liner repels condensate droplets, remaining dry and ensuring total impermeability.

How to install FITFIRE® ECO

Fast, safe and non-destructive: installation in just 5 steps

  1. 1. Video inspection > 2. Application of the lower and upper sleeve with pressure gauge > 3. Forced air injection > 4. Steam injection > 5. Cutting of excess liner.
And your flue is as good as new!

FITFIRE® Eco is designed to facilitate the installer’s work and ensure minimal disruption for building occupants.
First, the liner is inserted into the existing duct and inflated with forced air and high-pressure steam. This process allows the composite material to perfectly shape against the internal walls, adhering and hardening to form a new continuous lining that is resistant to acid condensate.

This process does not require masonry work or external anchoring: in just a few steps, you obtain a renewed duct, ready for use and, above all, fully compliant with regulations.
