HT1000: fireplaces, wood/pellet stoves and ovens
The only liner in the world that is 100% inorganic and non-combustible: European fire reaction class A1! HT1000 is Beca Engineering’s certified refractory ceramic solution, developed for the permanent rehabilitation of ducts exposed to the highest temperatures (fireplaces, wood-fired ovens and pellet stoves).
This thermosetting liner represents the evolution of Beca Engineering technology: made of refractory ceramic, it is T600 certified and resistant to soot fire.
Inserted into the existing duct and inflated with forced air, HT1000 uniformly adheres to all internal surfaces for the restoration of flues. The new internal lining is ready for use quickly, without anchoring or masonry work.

The of HT1000
Fireproof, resistant and certified
Made of refractory ceramic: HT1000 is ideal for the fast and permanent restoration of flues connected to fireplaces, wood-fired ovens and pellet stoves.
Completely fireproof material:
based on ceramic fabrics impregnated with high-resistance resins, it is in European class A1. This liner features T600 thermal resistance and is resistant to soot fire.
Permanent and non-invasive rehabilitation:
the new internal layer inside the flue ensures constant sealing over time against fumes, soot and heat.
Fast installation, without disruption:
no masonry work or structural demolition is required. Installation takes place from the inside, in a non-destructive manner.
Perfect adhesion in every duct:
the liner adapts uniformly to all surfaces, even worn or cracked ones, like a second skin.
Section and diameter versatility:
compatible with all duct types: circular, oval, triangular, rectangular.

How HT1000
Fire safety, compliance with regulations and
a new flue in 6 steps
1. Video inspection > 2. Application of the lower and upper sleeve with pressure gauge > 3. Forced air injection > 4. First crystallisation (at 120 °C) > 5. Second crystallisation (at 250 °C) > 6. Cutting of excess liner.
And the flue is rehabilitated!
Installation of HT1000 begins with a video inspection to assess the internal condition of the flue (circular, oval, triangular, rectangular). Subsequently, the thermosetting liner is inserted into the duct and inflated with compressed air and steam to activate crystallisation of the ceramic material. The liner adheres perfectly, even in the presence of cracks or imperfections, forming a uniform, fire-resistant structure ready for use without additional masonry work.
The result is a rehabilitated, safe and efficient flue even at the most critical temperatures (with T600 thermal resistance and resistance to soot fire).
