Fire resistance
thermosetting-liners-for-flues

Fire safety starts with the flue
and its liner

When working on systems that handle high temperatures and are exposed to fire risk, fire resistance is not optional.

For this reason, in the Beca Engineering laboratories we have developed non-combustible thermosetting liners with A1 fire reaction class.

Essential for the rehabilitation of flues for fireplaces, stoves and wood-fired ovens, in addition to being fireproof, our technologies guarantee efficiency and ease of installation in every context.

Are you planning the rehabilitation of outdated and worn smoke ducts? Do not hesitate to contact us to receive detailed technical data sheets for our liners and request a supply.

A1 class, real testing, and certified safety

Every Beca Engineering technology is tested and certified to ensure optimal fire resistance and performance at the highest temperatures. In particular, the HT1000 inflatable flues are completely non-combustible, 100% inorganic and with A1 fire reaction class according to the UNI EN 13501-1 standard issued by CSI.

In short, our thermosetting liners have undergone:

  • soot fire resistance test (EN 1856-2:2006, pt. 6.2.1);
  • gas tightness test (EN 1856-2:2006, pt. 6.3);
  • 1100 °C furnace test on the HT1000 product, with no flame propagation.

But that’s not all: in addition to CE certification, Beca Engineering’s innovative products have obtained the European Technical Assessment (ETA).

For this reason, the inflatable flues in the FitFire and HT1000 series are suitable for any context, even those at highest risk: catering, production plants, public buildings, wood-burning fireplaces, professional kitchens.
