Non-destructive technology for the rehabilitation of fireplaces and stoves
Over time, the flues of fireplaces and wood or pellet stoves can become damaged, lose sealing performance and turn into a real safety risk.
However, rehabilitation in these cases is not simple: in many situations, these are old, irregular masonry ducts that are difficult to replace without demolition. For this reason, Beca Engineering has developed a non-destructive technology that is easy and fast to install.
With the HT1000 liner, the result is durable, certified and without joints or weak points.

HT1000: the solution for hot fumes, soot and high temperatures
For flues of fireplaces and wood or pellet stoves, Beca Engineering has developed HT1000: a thermosetting liner in refractory ceramic that is completely non-combustible and 100% inorganic.
This technology is resistant to alkaline and acidic agents and withstands extreme temperatures. In fact, it is in European fire reaction class A1, with T600 thermal resistance and resistance to soot fire.
Moreover, it is non-destructive (it does not require demolition or masonry work) and adapts to every type of flue (circular, oval, triangular and rectangular).
